Best chateaubriand of the Costa blanca.
Can Broch is the newest expression of what a classic Steak House can become, expanding through a current cuisine of Mediterranean product. Tomás Arribas and Resti Castro are its creators and, together with Chef Rafa Iturbe, represent a convergence of different styles and culinary experiences.
The concept of the Can Broch Restaurant could be defined as multigenerational: sophisticated in style, it shows the evolution of different cuisines, menus, services and environments that have characterized the gastronomy of Dénia in recent years.

We tried this restaurant for the first time some years ago, just before the Covid hysteria. Canbroch is one of our favourite restaurants, ever. Why? They serve excellent meat (their Chateaubriand really is the best), good starters, an excellent house-wine and their service makes us happy every-time.
