FuturClima sell airconditioning units from LG, Mitsubishi and many other brands to (smaller) installation services / AC shops and directly to clients also. The selling part goes well. After that the service is non-existent. They do come the first time or even a few times, but they fix nothing and after a few visits without result, they just do not give any support anymore. They don’t pickup the phone and ignore all e-mails.
Do not work with FuturClima or any company that works with them. Most (smaller) AC resellers are not qualified to take care of repairs during the guarantee or not able to repair them at all, and are totally dependent of their supplier, in this case FuturClima.
That also means you should avoid not only FuturClima but all the companies they supply (the companies that buy the airconditioning units at FuturClima and sell and install them at the clients house.)

BAD SERVICE
We had 4 airco units installed end 2019. One of them made a horrible sound, both in- and outside. Now it’s April 2021 and we are still trying to get it fixed or replaced. Horrible. The last Mitsubishi product ever and certainly the last time we work with FuturClima or with a company that works with them. Update: April 2021 and still no functioning AC. Update 19-04-2021: they tried to fix it on the 17th and it did not work. An airconditioning / heating that never functioned for a single day, for one and a half year now.
Extremely bad and slow service. 1,5 year later and the AC still doesn’t work.
They come – they look – they do not know what to do except send reports to Mitsubishi.
Totally useless.
REPLACED (NOT BY THEM…)
The airconditioning in my office has only been used a few hours, because of the horrible noise and is going to be replaced by a new AC, not Mitsubishi and NOT FuturClima.

Other companies like Aircon Denia and K&M in Calpe sell airconditionings from FuturClima and if something happens Aircon Denia and K&M in Calpe are not capable or allowed to fix the airconditioning because FuturClima is giving the service, well, should be giving the service.
*** So NEVER BUY FROM Aircon Denia or K&M in Calpe.***
