We tried this restaurant for the first time some years ago, just before the Covid hysteria. Canbroch is one of our favourite restaurants, ever. Why? They serve excellent meat (their Chateaubriand really is the best), good starters, an excellent house-wine and their service makes us happy every-time.

BAD SERVICE
We had 4 airco units installed end 2019. One of them made a horrible sound, both in- and outside. Now it’s April 2021 and we are still trying to get it fixed or replaced. Horrible. The last Mitsubishi product ever and certainly the last time we work with FuturClima or with a company that works with them.
UPDATE: now it’s November 2021 and we are going to replace a nearly brand-new AC. Waste of money, just because we bought with a very bad company.

K&M / Aircon Denia sell airconditioning units by LG, Mitsubishi and many other brands to clients in the Marina Alta region. The selling part goes well… After that the service is non-existent.
They do come the first time, or even a few times, but they fix nothing and after a few visits without result, they just do not give any support anymore. They don’t pickup the phone and ignore all e-mails and if they pick they just refer to another company (FuturClima) who should give service but they do not. K&M / Aircon Denia do not take any responsibility at all and just keep shoving everything off to others.
That’s not how to run a decent business; take the money and hide.
Do not work with K&M / Aircon Denia or FuturClima or any company that works with them.
Most (smaller) AC resellers are not qualified to take care of repairs during the guarantee or not able at all to repair them at all, and are totally dependent of FuturClima.
That also means you should avoid FuturClima and all the companies they supply (like K&M / Aircon Denia)
We were really curious about this new restaurant. It surprised us. The wraps, croquettes and the vegetable cheesecake were all very tasty.
The next way we turned, with our family. Good again.
Not good:
– the vegetable cheesecake is a bit dry.
– the choice of house red wine is good, not cheap but that’s okay, but the quantity is hmm… too little in a glass (Dutch treat) and that’s a pity because it’s a bit annoying and spoils a good diner.. Maybe better order a beer (or a bottle…).
We will return, but will not order wine by the glass…
Good crepes, galettes and vine. The only downside is that the galette is not made from real galette batter, but probably normal or adapted crepe batter. Service is excellent! Well worth a visit for lunch or…
PS: great ice-cream and a small but good wine-list (maybe because they are really French…).

We are really happy with our real estate agent The Propertyshop in Els Poblets. We saw a house on their website and felt in love with it… We looked at it again and again and Linda and Kim were so patient! They really did a wonderful job. Couldn’t be better. Thanks again!
The beach for us is nearly a daily routine. Although I never was a beach person, this beach is dear to me. It’s beautiful, I love the atmosphere and mostly for locals. I love it, in the summer less often, but the rest of the year every day!
